How to install:

Open the packaged file using an unzip tool.
Find the directory labeled with your current version of the software.
Open that directory and copy the folder labeled "custom".
Copy this folder to the base of your CRM install and accept any merges or overwrites if you are sure they will not overwrite previous customizations.

This is simple and self-explanatory, so no need to write a sweeping review.
What we like about it:
1) Saves time
2) It has not given us any problems
3) Its cheap
Everyone should have it. 30 bucks is worth never having to press the Shift or dash keys again when entering phone numbers.
