Helps CRM users categorize data according to their quality. With the click of a mouse, individual leads, accounts, and contacts are given a rating from one to five stars. After the data is rated, the number of stars assigned is displayed visually alongside the metrics in modules and list views. Additionally, ratings are integrated into the reporting module. Although a relatively simple tool, the StarRater is in fact very powerful for CRM users. This is especially true when it comes to qualifying leads.

    We use the star rater to assign a service level to our clients. When the client calls, our reps can pull their record up and quickly and easily see what level of service the client should receive. The star rater field stands out from the rest of the fields so it saves our reps the frustration of sifting through the rest of the data captured on Accounts.
